Our Clients don’t have the time to source the right candidate.  Many temporary agencies only provide temp support.  Staff Genius believes in services all of the needs of our clients.  When direct placement is desired, we make it happen! Staff Genius will screen, interview, vet and introduce candidate.  Connectivity and negotiation support throughout the process so both the client and provider are happy.

TEMP-TO-HIRE (aka: Try before you Buy)

We have providers start in a temp position and never want to leave.  The Client is also smitten with the temp and wants to discuss hiring.  Think of it as a long interview process on both sides where there is no harm in getting to know each other to see if there is a match.  If it doesn’t work out on either side, there are no losses.  If it does work out, this approach almost ensures you will have a lasting employee investment as a Client when it comes to hiring.
